Conditions

The following are some conditions that we would like you to respect when using our villa.

• No children under 5. It is not ideally suited to very young children.
  
  
• Please respect the furniture and property. This is our villa which we are very proud of and want you and future friends to enjoy.
  
  
• Please leave the villa as you found it - We would expect you to replace any items that you accidently break or damage.
  
  
• Upon leaving please ensure the air-conditioning, electricity and water taps are turned off.
  
  
• Sun loungers / tables / chairs should be wiped down and returned inside the villa when leaving.
  
  
• Please ensure that shutters are closed and locked when you leave - and whenever you go out for the night/day.
  
  
• Menorca Management are the property management, based on the complex,who provide a very friendly support environment to sort any issues. Their number will be provided on the confirmation email from us.
